WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

1. Voluntary Participation

I understand I am choosing to participate in the Salty Souls guided adventure. I acknowledge the activity involves physical exertion, uneven terrain, and natural environmental risks.

2. Assumption of Risk

I understand the potential risks, including slips, falls, fatigue, weather exposure, wildlife encounters, and general outdoor hazards. I accept full responsibility for my own safety and wellbeing.

3. Personal Health & Safety

I confirm that I am physically able to participate and will monitor my own limits. I understand it is my responsibility to bring personal medication I may need.

4. Personal Responsibility

I agree to follow instructions, stay on the track, and take responsibility for my belongings, hydration, and pace during the hike.

5. Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless Jade (Salty Souls) from any liability, claims, or actions arising from participation, except in cases of proven negligence.

6. Weather Conditions

I understand the event may continue in mild or light weather and that the facilitator may modify or cancel the event for safety.
