What is your return policy?
If you receive a product that is faulty or broken, we can give you a full refund (excluding shipping costs) or a replacement. You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
Once we receive your item, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or send a replacement product free of charge,
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How long will it take to get my order?
Your order will be dispatched within 1 - 3 business days. Your order will be shipped with Australia Post. Please refer to our shipping policy for shipping times.
