Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150

If your order is delayed:

Once we have shipped your order, any shipping delays are completely out of our hands. Please contact Australia Post if you are experiencing shipping delays.  If you're order has not been shipped within 1-14 days, please contact us. Salty Souls is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit.

Packaging:

Each order is packaged with love in a recycled cardboard box, and then placed in a environmentally friendly mailer to ensure your order gets to you safely. Every order comes with a free sticker and shell.
