Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

We hope you love your Salty Souls order as much as we do, however if you have changed your mind, you can return your item within 7 days of receiving your purchase. 

We accept refunds if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is unused and it it's original condition and packaging.

  • The item was bought at full price.

We do not accept refunds on:

  • Gift vouchers.

  • Purchases made at a stockist.

  • Sale items are final, unless the item is faulty.

  • Items purchased using a discount code/promo code are only eligible for a store credit, unless the item is faulty.

  • Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Returns Cost:

The shipping cost on your original order is non-refundable. You will be required to pay for your own return shipping, as well as any shipping for an exchange item.

Refunds Processing:

All return items will be inspected and checked once received at the discretion of Salty Souls as to whether the item is eligible for a refund based on the conditions above. Once we have received and approved your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 24 hours. Please allow up to 7 business days for your bank to process the funds back into your account.

Exchanges Processing:

All return items will be inspected and checked once received at the discretion of Salty Souls as to whether the item is eligible for a return based on the conditions above. Once we have received and approved your return, your exchanged item will be processed and dispatched within 5 days. Please allow up to 10 days to receive your new item.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. Lodge your return enquiry by contacting us, including your reason for refund, your name, your email and your order number.

2. From here, we will organise with you our return shipping address. Take your package to your local post office to send it off to us!

3. Once we have received your return, please allow up to 7 days to receive your refund, or up to 10 business days to received your new item, after we have inspected and approved your returned item/s.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We do our best to inspect our items before sending them off to you, however in the instance that you receive your product faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@saltysouls.co and include 2-3 clear images of the item and your order details. We cannot refund faulty or damaged items that have been used.
