If your item tarnishes or turns silver, we'll send you a brand new item.

Jewellery Warranty:

All of our jewellery items come with a 30 day warranty. 

Care must be taken as per care instructions below.

If your jewellery breaks or tarnishes within 30 days of purchase, please contact us for a replacement. Any additional shipping will need to be paid by the customer.

Jewellery Care:

Our jewellery is ocean safe and made to be worn 24/7 but still needs to be looked after to ensure your jewellery lasts!

 

🤍 After wearing in the ocean, rinse your jewellery with fresh water and pat dry.

🤍 Remove jewellery before showering, which can expose it to soaps, detergents, etc.

🤍 Avoid contact with swimming in pools, spas and saunas.

🤍 Some of our jewellery pieces are dainty and fragile. Remove your jewellery before vigorous exercise to ensure no breakages.
